Looking For a Business Partner

Our company owned a patented technology product namely, Mixing Machinery for the Process Industry. In tandem with our expansion, we are now looking for following qualified persons to join our business development team: -

1. Male or Female, age between 35 to 45
2. Entitle to obtain 20% profit incentive after Company taxation.

- Able to work independently for business research, exploration and market development;
administration of businesses, to manage and apply franchising license, business advice relating to franchising; business advisory services relating to the running and setting up of franchise retail and rental stores of ‘Mixer’;

- To set up e-commerce trading in internet website;
- To provide technical assistance in the establishment and or operation of stores, to source and deliver information in trade and business matters, to organize exhibitions and trade fairs for commercial or advertising purposes;

P/S- During the continuance of the contract and in any event if you are not able to fulfill and / or achieve the above requirements and / or you have caused the company suffer any losses for more than three (3) succeeding months, your entitlement rights and benefits will be withdrawn and you are requested to hand over all the financial affairs and business matters which have been handled by you whether the tasks are completed and / or in progress back to the Company management for its successor.

Other conditions: -

If you are able to fulfill and or achieve the above positions duties, responsibilities and or achievement as set forth, you are entitled for a 20% incentive after company taxation from the Company. This contract agreement shall be drafted by our lawyer and executed by both parties binding for a period of 3 years and each party shall bear half of the legal fees in respect of this agreement. Upon execution of this agreement, you are not eligible for 60 days wages / salary in lieu of the 20% incentive entitlement. Nevertheless, if you are able to achieve the business development up to the company expectation you are able to trace back your wages / salary arrears by virtue of signing a contract.

In any event if you have successfully set up the company business and developed the business for more than 3 years, we offer you to utilize your 20% incentive entailment as share investment into the company and to become our company director but subject to terms and conditions applied.
