Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree Holder in Hotel Management or any other related fields.
- Matured, highly motivated and assertive with excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication skills and able to thrive under pressure.
- A self starter, team player, customer & results driven and able to inspire a creative and dynamic management team.
- Possess excellent analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills with strong business acumen.
- Experienced in planning & budgeting, conversant with hotel information system, health and safety regulations and well exposed to overall hotel operations.
- Preferably with minimum of 5 years working experience. |
